| my passport! started an obsession! |
So you may have noticed I have a slight obsession with the National Park Service. I am on a quest to go to the now 401 sites that are designated as part of the National Parks system - I have currently been to 90 of the sites - the majority of my visits have been since April 2012 when I got my National Parks passport and since then have made it a fun thing to do when I'm traveling. It started with wanting to go to the 59 National Parks and then I found out about all the other areas included to make the 400+ sites such as National Monuments, National Battlefields, National Scenic Trail, National Historic Sites...

I got my Passport April 16th when in Atlanta and in the first year went to 50 NPS sites and got my passport stamped at 49 of them! My friends want to stage an intervention.
