crazy weather

ireland has had the weirdest weather today.
so i woke up and it was sunny, i notice when i walk into the kitchen it is pouring (ugh), so i stick my flats in my coat pocket and put on my wellies in the entry, i look up after putting on my shoes, and it is snowing! thick, realllly wet, huge snowflakes, that melt as soon as they hit the ground, so i walk to work in the grossness. after being at work for about 10 minutes, it is back to being sunny.

it has been like this all day, a mixture of rain, snowish and sun.

finally got a haircut today, my hair was sooooo long, it was driving me insane. i like it short sooo much better :)
and then met kara for hot chocolate, and a piecing together of thursday night. which was pretty funny.
yay for wine and sex and the city...
the hangover again this morning at work = not so much fun.
normally friday morning at work is pretty quiet, today was so crazy.
so i log onto the computer to print out the cheque requests, and there were 35!
the bloody irish trad society requested 25 cheques!! 25!
and then there were people in the office all morning, and i was by myself and feeling like crap.
one of the societies came in with 35,000 euro, to deposit from ball ticket sales luckily only 18,000 of it was in cash, the rest was in cheques.
the award for most money counted at once still goes to law, which had 20,000 in cash on wednesday. it is so weird seeing that much money. like physically counting it all. so it was a pretty crazy morning.

i am so cold right now and tired. i don't think i'm going climbing, as it it freezing and i have no energy.
i need to do laundry and do some research, since i've kinda slacked this week.

yay for curling up with my books, a cup of tea and my hot water bottle :)

and seriously it is february, where is time going?
