my summer vacation, aka working 17 hour days is over :(
but i now have free time and can actually do more than just check my email.
the last 6 weeks have been amazing and i'm sad to be done with it. i loved the staff i was working with, they were 24 other amazing individuals and we became so close in the last month. especially my amazing roomie and all the fun in 101. and meeting the boy :) i had the opportunity to work with 360 inspirational high school students rach week and help make them better leaders while learning from them. it was something i loooved doing and i am sooo glad i had the chance to do it. hopefully next summer i'll be able to as well.
it was pretty sad this morning saying goodbye to the staff, we had a fun night last night full of crazy! and i would love for there to be a little reunion sometime. and so i'm back in new jersey now.
so i'm doing pretty much nothing for the next month and i'm excited for that. i start teaching at the end of august, so i'll be busy getting organized for that, and i'm going to the shore with my parents next week for a few days and meeting up with the boy when we can.
so excited to actually be able to read blogs again and not just ignore everyone's lives!

Well it sounds like you had a very good and interesting (though not necessarily restful) summer, and it sounds like it was really great! But, trust me, if I had to choose between being in DC or reading what I write, I'd choose DC, haha.
