so for the next 8 days i will pretty much be ignoring blogland. i looove my job but i am so exhausted at the end of the day. i work from about 7.30-11 and it is super high energy most of the time. all i want to do at the end of the day is crash, but i need to prepare for the next day and get organised. buuuuut i love it. there are 350 amazing high schoolers here. my leadership group is amazing and i am so excited for my congress group! but it is only day two and i am exhausted.
had fun today in the smithsonians. i went to the archives and SAW THE CONSTITUTION AND DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE. and omg, was i giddy. i was so excited. totally had a historygasim. oh and the magna carta was pretty awesome too. so my day was made. and tonight we went to the fdr and jefferson memorials. tj is by far my favorite. i took a few awesome photos, but again the energy is not here to upload them.
drove waaay too much last week to be home for my brother's 8th grade graduation. i left nova at 11 on thursday and arrived back in nova at 4 on friday. wooohooo for 10 hours in the car. looots of taylor, kellie and kelly!
so yea, super crazy omgbusy. but i love it.
i love making history come alive.

It's okay, we'll be here when you get back. I completely understand being exhausted when you're done with work finally!
