bags packed

four years ago was one of the best days of my life. it was the day i had waited for since december 20, 2005 to move to cork, ireland. i had made my dream of moving back to ireland a reality and it was really happening. i was really doing it - my bags were packed and i was moving back to my little city by the lee and starting grad school at ucc. but most importantly i was moving back to ireland.

i can't believe four years have gone by since i was moving back and a little over 2 since i moved back to the states. it was an incredible time i had living and working in ireland and a part of me will always be in cork. i was lucky enough to be able to visit cork in january on my eurotrip and i still miss ireland dearly.

but i am so glad i was able to follow my dream and live in ireland. it was what i needed and a great adventure.
